STUDIO RENTAL POLICY

  • Non-member and Member's additional hours are paid at the time of reservation. No refunds will be issued for cancellations however we'd love to welcome you to reschedule as long as it's within 48 hours of original scheduled day and time. 

  • Based on availability, adding additional time and continuing a session is available. Additional time is to paid that same day following your sessions completion. 

  • Rental time begins promptly at the scheduled starting time and ends promptly at the scheduled ending time, regardless if member/renter and/or member's/renter’s party are late.

  • As a courtesy, Get Creative Studios gives our shooters a 15 minute cushion before and after your session for set up and clean up. These times must be respected and adhered to at all times. Additional time will result in additional costs such as Staff Clean up and additional studio rental fees.

  • $50 minimum cleaning fee required for excessively dirty studio. Our staff will be there to make sure your studio will be set up and clean on upon your arrival, however we ask you to be respectful to our team and the next shooter using the studio and leave the studio as you found it. 

  • Based on your membership benefits, equipment, props, backdrops, diffusers, stands, etc. will be available for your use. By accepting these terms you are also accepting responsibility for everything you choose to use and agree to return in the same working and cosmetic condition. 

STUDIO GUIDELINES

  • Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside any part, including bathrooms, of Get Creative Studios. Projects involving smoke must have prior consent of a Get Creative Manager.

  • Music should be kept to a respectful volume where you can't hear the music outside our your private studio. 

  • Use of alcohol or illegal substances or arriving under the influence is prohibited. Guests or members will be asked to leave and risk possible revocation of membership. 

  • All pet shoots or anytime a pet will be entering the building we require prior notification and permission by Get Creative Manager. We love pets, just need to know a little about your pet and when they're coming. 

  • Hard to manage and clean materials such as confetti, hair, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval from Get Creative Manager. Cleaning or additional charges may apply pending the item and how studio is left after session. 

  • Maximum of 4 people in any of the Private Studios. Maximum of 20 people in the Main Room studio at one time. 

STUDIO EQUIPMENT

  • Studio lighting will be provided upon request, at no additional cost

  • Renter is responsible for studio lighting setup and tear down

  • All paper backdrops are free for Level 1,2,3 members. Excessive damage may result in a small paper replacement fee, however we understand things happen and will asses each situation individually and will always be fair and reasonable. 

  • $10 additional fee for full sweep/roll out of paper backdrops. We'll have the backdrop set up and rolled out prior to your arrival and will take care of it after you're done. 

  • Equipment must be requested with your reservation. If not available, you will be notified. Otherwise, all equipment is based on a first come first serve basis. 

  • Special order backdrop colors can be requested and installed for $99 (21 day notice required)
